I provide individual and family therapy for adults and teenagers. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) which can help change negative thought patterns and build skills to tackle challenges with success. I also utilize a personalized approach, tailored to each individuals needs.
